• All vessels under our management membership will have an appointed supervisor to assure you your refit, hard stand or maintenance period will be kept on track and progress as the maintenance plan or refit plan has been promised.​
• We will let you know when your vessel is required to have an out of water period for varying reasons. Once we onboard you into our membership your vessel and its mooring will be issued with a ongoing care and maintenance plan. This will allow you vision of when to expect certain costs and pre-plan your expenses outgoing.

Commercial

• Pre-planning so time lines do not extend past a realistic time frame for required works.​
• Use of well regarded contractors who are Class and/or AMSA certified.​
• A dedicated project supervisor on the ground throughout the process to manage the process and over lap of contractors and area use requirements.​
• Contractor time flow, and live cost analysis to keep track of budgetary requirements.​
• Tool box meetings and controlled programme assurance.
